I was booked for a night in room 1, the room was joint to the reception and I couldn’t lock from my side. My safety was at risk and I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. I was booked for work, couldn’t even sleep because I didn’t at all feel safe. I ended up having to use the side table and put it against the door so that I could at least hear someone when someone attempts to open the door. Would definitely not recommend . The bathroom window couldn’t close and the shower door was literally falling....

The environment is nice and calm, with friendly staff, even the housekeeping staff, everyone makes sure you feel at home. Their communication is on point, you don't even feel like a visitor. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing accommodation around Emalahleni area, I would also use it...

The sink was leaking, toilet seats are old, furniture is old, cannot close shut the windows cause they’re old and not aluminum, there’s a wind coming below the door so it gets cold AF had to place a towel there, the kitchenette has nothing meaning you gotta always ask and panel heaters are weak AF during winter or night time
