Burger King Witbank South (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I am VERY UNHAPPY with the service from Burger King Witbank watermayer. I ordered chicken burgers but they prepared me beef, moreover my order was incomplete yet they released it. I called them and I spoke with Mr PrinceTau, the manager. He was very unhelpful, unprofessional, rude and discriminatory. Instead of being "Thee manager" he claims to be, he tells me about my "black skin" for what!!!!!! , he tells me that it's the end of the month that's why am like this or am trying to impress my woman, what is that!!!!!!!! I took my time to make this order and followed all processes nd completed the payment. But to him all these, doesn't matter. He fails to understand and appreciate the time customers invest to make orders. What I find it funny is that they were expecting my call but with no help for their poor service. He also said, I can only come to their place if I need help, just imagine!!!!!!! He further said, even if I complain about this, it doesn't matter, a pure disregard and disrespect to us...

The meals at Burger King are generally enjoyable the burgers and sides taste good and are consistent. However, the Pepsi products offered as part of the meals are disappointing. Each time I order a combo, the drinks either leave an unpleasant aftertaste or make my throat feel sore and rough after drinking them.

What’s strange is that Pepsi bought from stores or in packaged bottles doesn’t have this issue it tastes noticeably better. The problem seems to be with the fountain drinks served in-store, which don’t match the quality of the packaged version.
