Heila's Place Bloemfontein 4 min from N1 — Hotel in Free State

Wont ever use that place. We were told by the owner of the house that he is going to get muslims also to sleep over told us that he will be putting the ashtray away as they do not smoke and like smoke dont know why it would be a problem as no smoking aloud in the house or rooms only outside and why we were to be hush hush with regards to smoking. This morning when my mother went out to smoke the one lady wasnt even properly dressed. We didnt even brush our teeth nor go to the bathroom we up and left as quickly as possible. What happened to wearing masks but we had to... Oh and just to respond on your reply... there was no other table to smoke the table we used was the table outside you showed us to smoke where you had put the ashtrays and told us you will put the ashtrays back...

This place is bad. At first it was okay but from there on everything was negative. There were no thinhs like maybe coffee for the room, no towels, and no privacy. The DSTV was not working, my kids had to use a kettle in the kitchen. No proper place to charge ones phone as the placement of the plugs could not be found. The second evening when we came from the city the husband was intoxicated, entering the room and made myself and my children very unconfortable. Will never recommend this place to anyone. So not be deceived by the prices......al you get is a bed to sleep in with nothing in it. Three rooms in the house must use one bathroom and toilet. Never jad such a bad expierince of a over night place. Will...

Omw!!!! Talking about scary and untidy. Overrated........we arrive there, Heila was no where to be seen, Glen shouted 3 time, Then she stumbled out her room, shouting WHAT!!!! The kitchen was a mess, there was a alcohol smell. I confronted her about the one room that was inside the house, that was not stated on the website, the rooms were dreadful.......I ask my money back and left. Then received a whatsapp saying she didn't put the pictures ons the web Glen did. I received my money back the next day..... Never wil I recommend any body to stay there. They don't deserve to be on the web, and I wonder who rates them, because those people must go and spend a night...
