So being someone that is also in the accommodation sector, this is VERY disappointing. The bad service started even before we arrived. Called the number that was given 3 times without any answer. Got to the property gate and atleast they had an alternative number displayed outside. Called and eventually someone picked up and opened that gate.

After entering. Was greeted by a very rude host. Almost as if it was a burden checking us in. Taking her away from her cleaning. She walked with us to a dingy small back room. And showed us where the door is and left. The room as nothing compared to what the photos showed the establishment to be. The positive points about the room were not much but was as follow. The bed and bedding was of good quality and clean. The room had a nice smell. There was safe and secure parking inside off the street for your vehicle. Atleast there was a tv and a very nice shower with running hot water.

The negative was far more and worse than the positive. With the price that they charged me for the room we received. It was not up to standard AT ALL. Paying R660 for a back room with hardly enough space to walk around the bed is very concerning. The towels were a bit scruffy and not what it should be to accommodate the room. The toilet didn't have a holder to hold the toilet paper. There was no Mirror in the room? I would think that being a Facility that offers Spa services with a decent amount of woman that stay. That you would at least offer a mirror that one can do your Makeup!?! There was no Airconditioning nor kitchenette for coffee. Even though it was winter and would not of used it. You would expect the facilities to be included that were advertised when booking.

They also advertised in large writing outside the gate that they offer free Wifi. But there us no means of accessing it. No booklet or info leaflet available. They should consider getting more than one access key for the gate. Everytime you want to leave of enter the property. You have to call someone to open. We went out for dinner and came back late. I had to sadly call someone out of bed to come open the gate for us. Would not recommend to anyone. We have stayed in much better places in Pretoria for half the price. Would ask for my money...

False advertising. It looks nothing like the pictures shown. Guests are allowed to make noise for as long as they wish. Couldn't sleep until 03:30am. Staff not considerate & has no understanding of the business. Absolutely no value. No gate remote, you need to call everytime you go out/in. Bedding sheets and pillow cases dirty. Had to request fresh ones. Definitely not...

The place is easily acesible with both private and public transport. Not faraway from basic services. The staff is very friendly and rooms are top notch. Internet is readily available. I do not hasitate to recommend others to have...
