Lebamboo On Protea — Hotel in Gauteng

We paid R19 000 for 21st birthday lunch. We were asked to pay some money in cash and some in different accounts. WHY? According to the menu were suppose to get dessert and Juice there was nothing served. Their rooms were very dirty no towels, their linen were dirty. I wonder if thier OHS certificate is upto date.
