Fair Glen Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

Beautiful property and it’s our third time back. This time we stayed in the cottages. The rooms were neat and clean but we did have a faulty basin pipe which caused a major leak. The next day they did come and fix it. There are a few things they can pay attention to just to upgrade and fix. Juices and coffees at the breakfast is definitely their way of saving money so we were disappointed on that. But the staff is very friendly, how ever the kitchen staff talk very loud amongst themselves in the kitchen while we in the dinning room which can be rather distracting. Everything was great about our stay at Fair Glen. We were there for a week and honestly the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Special thanks go to the chef, Salome, who created some delicious meals for us, then Stha, Patricia and Rosa who did a great job serving meals and keeping the place nice and tidy and lastly Kim, the manager who was so friendly and helpful. Recently attended a function at Fair Glen and had such a wonderful experience! The food was great, the entertainment was fabulous. Everything was comfortable & relaxed, with friendly staff on hand throughout. Such a lovely and spacious area set in a beautiful and peaceful environment. We met the owner who was super friendly and by all accounts takes pride in the place and makes sure that everything is attended to.
