Fairy Garden Lodge Intsingizi — Hotel in Gauteng

The service from the staff is shocking only poor Mabena is trying but I guess it's too much for him alone ,The doors do not lock ,the toilets don't flush and if you lucky and it does flush a bad smell will come out from the process ,There are no plates on the rooms and cleaning is a concern you have to beg the staff to do their cleaning duties. Paint looks old and it's dirty and dusty on all the outside toilets .Not ideal for a stay maybe it's a place to visit when the is a function that you attending .I can comfortably say the owners and the people at the lodge are aware of this situation and they do not post their photos on Facebook and social media because they are not proud of the environment themselves......worst lodge we...

The worst experience ever... We came for the 31st of December 2022... 1stly they don't have back up for electricity so u find ur self js sitting the without a plan, and then they switch off the geysers at night basically they telling u wen to bath... The cleaners are worse u literally have to beg them to clean they were refusing to wash dishes saying the only clean the rooms, the tap water it's not nice to drink its btr to buy water bcs their water has bad taste it's like it's jojo tank water that's been stored n not cleaned.... We booked the 8 sleeper unit, the wood floor is very loud, when you turn on the bed it’s loud. Please do something to improve the place. There was power failure the second day, no apologies was given and no feedback. We stayed in the dark until we checked out , we weren’t even offered lights at least. We had hot water throughout we had to ask them for assistance since we needed to make breakfast that is when they offered us to use their kitchen. It was disappointing honestly.
