Global Village Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

The room it self was okay and we did sleep warm, but the following points need to be improved before I personally recommend this property for anyone.|There is no number to call for 24 hours queries|The only heater for the room was the fire place and when we got to the room late that night we didn't have any matches in the box, trying to find the security to help us was a mission as we could not find him around and we couldn't walk the whole property just to try find the security in the cold.|The next morning we had no hot water to shower or bath in, this is whilst it is winter and we could not bath or shower as at 09h00 there was still nothing and we had to eat breakfast and go home.|I feel like there needs to be some sort of reception or person to explain thing more as you arrive at the property as you actually don't know who to ask or where to go if there is...

It was such a nice place with very good environment, if you are looking for quiet place and a relaxation environment, then book with Global Village.
