"Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend"

My stay at this guest house was very disappointing. The facility was in poor condition from the moment we arrived. The rooms were dirty, with stained covers, pillows, and towels. To make matters worse, there weren't even enough towels available for all guests. The bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly.

The furniture was another issue – we had to move it around just to close the doors, which was incredibly inconvenient. Dust was everywhere, adding to the uncomfortable and unhygienic feel of the place. The WiFi also didn't work as expected, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend this...

I'm a real example of their mission statement "arrive as a guest, leave as a friend". I have, literally, made my first friend in JHB since moving here from PE, acquired a flat and a new job all because of Just B Zone Guesthouse and specifically Marric, what a champion, I don't know where I would be without him. Ever the epitome of hosts and I'm proud to call my first mate in JHB.

The owner, Beryl, is a dear. Count yourself fortunate if you are invited to her epic braais.

The location is easy to find,it is near shopping centers and restaurants. It is safe and the parking is secure. The host is friendly and helpful. Our stay was great. The family room is spacious enough and accommodates 5 people, which is better than most family rooms.
