Lauriston Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

I had a really great stay at Lauriston. Eva and the team are all exceedingly friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are stylishly furnished and comfortable. There are two pools with entertainment areas, both of which are great. The food that we were served was of higher standard than I have experienced at most other guest houses, both in taste and presentation. The entire guest house is very well decorated inside and out, and feels very safe for Pretoria. I'll definitely recommend Lauriston to anyone traveling to Pretoria, and will certainly go...

Lovely accommodation, but we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. The starting buffet had very little options and the main breakfast that you order on the menu had very little food served on the plate. We felt like we weren't getting the full package considering the price we paid for a weekend stay, but otherwise the old - feel setting of the property is very pleasant, as well as clean and well looked after. This is an incredible guesthouse, friendly and helpful staff who catered to every whim of our large diverse group. The rooms had everything one needed and the gardens and entertainment areas were all well maintained. Peaceful and quiet with space to stretch out. Artistic decor was warm and inviting.
