Pizza Perfect Valhalla — Local services in Gauteng

I live close to this pizza place and i suppose that i could be more of a regular there. Sadly i have had it more than one occasion that the pizza is not properly cooked by the time it gets dispensed which is very sad. I have reported this issue to the staff before but somehow it seems to have gone unnoticed. This is a good place to stop for pizza as a last resort when all the other places are full or busy. Their prices are not too bad but sadly pizza is not very Perfect there. And i mean like once the cheese was net even melted on top of the pizza. The other time the toppings were still ice cold in the middle under the melted cheese. Once the crust wasn't properly cooked. I can never reach them. So I went there to order and told the managerJohn that we can never get hold of them. He told me to use the app. It works very well. Well I did and I paid for my order a week or two later. 1 hour later the app send a message telling me the restaurant did not aknowledge my order and the money I paid will be put on credit on the app. So I had to struggle to phone them to place another order, and had to pay double. Phoned the owners and was told that john would assist me. He phoned to get details and we talked to him one more time and he assured us that he will come back to us. He never did. Pizza Peefect Valhalla’s service is pathetic, to say the least. I have tried many times in recent weeks to phone them to place an order for collection, they simply don’t answer their phone 90% of the time. Thinking that they might be busy, which is nót an excuse for me, I then went there, only to find 1 or less customers in attendance. Very recently, I then arrived at 19:18, only to be told that they are closed (Published closing time on the door is 20:00) I was told that it’s “Public Holiday”, but this fact is nót published on their door.
