Montana Guest House — Hotel in Gauteng

Montana Guest House just disappointed me over and over again. My long distance partner was flying down for the weekend, he booked his room directly through the provided whatsapp number. He confirmed MULTIPLE times if the room is booked for the two days, more than a week beforehand and each time he was assured it is. They said online bookings don’t work and he can come pay in cash when he flies down. Surprise surprise, they gave his room away when we arrived and just said “Sorry”. We made another attempt when he flew down again, this time I paid for the room in person before he arrived. The lady showed me HIS room that HE paid for, which included a shower and toilet inside the room. Yet when he arrived, he slept in a different room where he had to use the general bathroom outside in the hall. They gave HIS room away that HE paid for. Never contacting this place again,...

Very unprofessional, the rooms are falling apart. Other people's hair all over the place. The toilet was build in to a old shower. One of the rooms floor was full of water when we arrived back. Ended up sleeping on a family member couches. Don't waste your money and time. What you see on the pictures is clearly not...

A shower would work better because the bath tub in the room i was in took over 15 minutes to release water from it and it was not even full. We struggled with water from the tap as it was dripping on the floor and there was nothing to wipe it with had to resort to using our dirty clothes. Minus all those issues...
