It was first time buying food from this place and definitely the last. We got there at 9pm and mind you, the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm and yet we were constantly rushed by the cashier and some dirty girl next to him to place our orders because they were practically closed and this confused us because we had arrived 30 mins before the restaurant closes. I orders Szechuan beef and I was dished up some gross chicken dish i didn’t even know. My niece ordered prawn chow mein and yet was given chicken chow mein. The orders literally took 3 mins to get to us… food only God knows when it was cooked was dished to us and this made me wonder if the same food was going to be warmed up and given to customers the following day.

What’s annoying is that we were charged more money that the food we got. Chicken dishes are the cheaper compared to beef and prawn but the staff at this place is unprofessional so they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction.

The sushi was POORLY made POORLY made. My partner tried eating the first piece but it just fell apart and when this happened with the second one, I told him we should just return it. We live far from this restaurant but I'm not paying almost R500 for a substandard meal. I got in and advised the guy over the counter and the Asian lady asked that I come on the other side of the counter ( I assume this is to not cause a scene for the other customers) I obliged. I told the lady the issue and she said she's never had such a complaint and opened the sushi. An Asian man came out from the kitchen where I assume the lady explained to him in their language what was going on, the man got visibly upset, throwing his hands around. My partner came in and asked that they just give us our money. They lady got annoyed and told the guy at the counter to do so. No one apologised for the food nor having to drive all the way back because of it. The experience was really disgusting and I wouldn't recommend anyone...
