MORNING NOON and NIGHT GUESTHOUSE — Hotel in Gauteng

This place was just a nightmare. I arrived at 3pm to find my room was still not ready. The ladies were bust cleaning. I was put into another room. Although one of the cleaning ladies insisted I "wait" for my room to be cleaned. This after a 8 hour trip. The white sheets and pillows on the bed had visibly brown spots. The door go the bathroom was filthy to say the least. Just full of stains. The place felt unclean and uncomfortable. The spoons, knives prvoided were dirty. I had to wash them myself in the bathroom sink. In the evening as I was trying to study there were random men talking quiet loud till the early hours of the morning. This started at about 11pm till 2-3am. I would not advise anyone to stay here. It was a complete disaster. I was just happy to leave first thing in the morning. This place was a nightmare!!! It was disgustingly dirty. The room we were initially given had a leaking roof! so after a cold, wet night, we complained and were moved to a family room that was so germ infested I had to buy bleach and sanitizer out of my pocket to disinfect the place, unfortunately we had already booked for several days and they refused to refund us. The shower doors are all broken, utensils are old and dirty and the sheets and bedding had old stains even after changed.

None of the advertised services or things are true. there is no DSTV, the pool is dirty, the bar area is barely cleaned.

I would not recommend this place to my enemy and I am surprised it is still open, let alone still given a 3...
