KFC Brackenhurst — Restaurant in Gauteng

This has become the most useless branch of KFC. I went there tonight to order a wrap for my wife and Street wise 3 for myself. There were no customers, but it was extremely noisy with staff and manager shouting above any people there that no one could hear each other. I tried to explain to the assistance that I was looking for a wrap for my wife. I shouted at the staff, apologised, and said that I could not hear myself and the assistant attending to me. I ordered and requested the manager and established that he was one of them, causing the noise. He mentioned that they were selebrating something. I explained that the noise was extremely rood and that I could not hear myself and the assistant. When I got home, I found that my order for my wife was rong and that it was not a wrap but a two-piece chicken and chips. I phoned the branch, spoke to the manager, but did not want me to speak to the owner or manager agent. I would like this to be rectified. The previous managers would not have this to have happened. The personnel is completely undissiplened and also the manager. I really hope that they are closed during the shutdown as I visited them on Wednesday. They obviously do not believe in hygiene as no customer was sanitised before entering and olso do not believe in social distancing rules inside their premises as they aloud customers and staff of ' Mr Delivery ' stand shoulder to shoulder at their counter. They just showed no regard for the rules and guidelines of COVID19. I am today 22/01/21 reporting they are still the most useless branch of KFC. I ordered a three pease pap and again forgot to include the gravy, Sault, and chili salt as they should. The management still does not respond, but what do they care. Oh my goodness, oily. When I picked up my piece of chicken, the oil literally dripped off. I felt so sick after eating the one, I nearly threw the box away. The atmosphere was so loud, all the sound coming from the kitchen. When .y sister and I tried to have a conversation, we had to practically yell on each other, u til we decided to just not speak over the noise coming from the kitchen. For the last thing, gloves. Pleaseeeeeee use gloves next time. I don't want to be a Karen, I don't feel like being a Karen. But if you don't wear gloves while you make other people's food, then I'ma be a darn Karen. I had such a fantastic experience at KFC Brackenhurst! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with happy, friendly faces that instantly made me feel welcome. The restaurant was spotless, cleanliness clearly matters to this team, and it shows.

The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. The mashed potatoes and gravy were rich and tasty, and the bread loaves were so fresh they honestly tasted like they had just come out of the bakery.
