Muckleneuk Manor — Hotel in Gauteng

I stayed here for 2 months and 15 days. Actually I am from India. I liked the facilities provided by the guest house. Special thanks to the manager of the property that she gave us complete freedom in the kitchen for preparing our Indian food because of that I don't missed my own food. Garden and swimming pool is very good to spend time and to make fun. And property owner has taken utmost protection for safety of the guest here in Monar because of that I felt so safe during my stay. So thanks to Monar and it's all supporting staff....

Room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Shower taps were not marked to indicate hot/cold so was wasting water trying to figure it out. Location is central to city. Service was good with a friendly reception. Safety was excellent. Dinner I felt was a bit rediculous to pay R220 for a slice of lasagne, a greek salad and a glass of juice, no coffee. Breakfast was also a disappointment with literally black toast. So I would stay overnight again if I had too, but I will think twice before...

We stayed for 3 nights at Muckleneuk Manor and it was a great pleasure to be there. The treatment and attention given complements the peacefull and welcoming enviroment. It is admirable how such a small staff is able to take care of every detail, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Our greatest thanks go to Tumi, mom Rosina and team. We will definitely return more often and will also recommend it. See you soon, we already miss your smile!...
