Got to the Dunes on Monday evening, looking forward to a good bath and having an early night.I was disappointed, disgusted and disillusioned at the the sight of the the room. The pics tells it's own story. I was however given a cleaned unit. On Tuesday morning I was informed that the unit that originally allocated to was cleaned. I was informed that I needed to move into the unit. During the the course this discussion on watsap, I received bland apology for the inconvenience caused. I proceeded to the allocated room, only to find the strong of bleach filled the room, causing my eyes to tear and nostrils to burn. However the management apologised for their shortcomings, it appeared to me that they didn't give a sh#t about their guests. You send a message to the guest, informing them that your allocated room is ready. You give the guest a password to obtain the unit keys, only for the guest to find a filthy unit. The gentleman that attended to me in the morning, apologised for the inconvenience caused, but in my view it was just superficial. Even, when I chose to terminate my stay, he basically acknowledged my decision. As a member of the renowned Holiday Club, I have never experienced such hospitality in the 25+ years of club.
