EXQUISITE!! does not even begin to describe this accommodation, it is the most beautiful, tranquil place on earth, we stayed in the 6-sleeper cottage, which was equipped with everything you could possibly think even rusks...... the hospitality is impeccable by the owner Neil and Helena, the grounds are beautiful with buck walking around and then the most stunning part was waking up to the lions roaring every morning from the Wildlife Ranch, I would definitely recommend staying here when next visiting Oudtshoorn, a real must, thank you so much!!

Situated in a farm with springboks around and yet very modern cottages with all amenities just mins away from the town. Lovely hosts who allowed us for an early check in when we went there on the hottest day of season with temp 43 Dec C and they were so considerate that even had turned on the air con before we arrived so we get comfortable. The pool on the main house was good. The best surprise we had was to see a few hrs to a day old ostrich chicks in their hatchery. Overall an amazing experience.

What an experience. Firstly the cabins/ cottages are modern, clean and super well appointed. Good Wi-Fi, air conditioning and everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. A braai with free wood is available to use while you watch the spring bok grazing out front. We were lucky to be there on the day they were hatching ostrich chicks. Neil was such an accommodating host. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is so peaceful there on the farm but so close to the town. Unforgettable.

This is our last stop, of ten, in a 4 000km roadtrip. It is by a country mile and by far the best place we have stayed at. The cottage is modern, spacious, bright and airy. It has been designed with the modern traveller in mind: lots of plugs and recharging ports, the best little kitchen, a great fridge (not a stupid little bar fridge), the best selection of utensils ever, a smart TV and not the usual rubbish DStv package, a wonderful shower and lots of little caring touches. Candidly, it is amazing value for money also by far - they should probably charge more. We will almost certainly be back. Did I mention the views, country and farm feel and the little herd of Springbok? Just fantastic. Other establishments could learn a lot from this place in...

Sometimes as a traveller you book a place, and when you arrive there, you have mixed feelings about your choice. Sometimes you find a hidden GEM. In this case, 2 km's from town. Upon our arrival here my wife and myself just looked at each other......we were speechless. The 3 luxury cottages (well spaced from each other) are in an enclosed area. Reason: There is a couple of Springbucks roaming the area. Imagine waking up in the morning and having your cup of coffee on the veranda while the sun starting showing its face, while the springbucks are walking leasurely around. I do not want to bore you with what is in the cottages. All I want to say that it is a well equipped luxury cottage. Thank you Helena and Neil. We are looking forward to...

Fantastic Spot for a get-a-away. They had all my favorites: *Fluffy, super warm bedding for the cold winter nights. *Well stocked kitchen with anything from a frying pan to a salad bowl. *Dishwasher - yay. *Proper wine glasses and opener. *Coffee plunger and little Italian stove top coffee maker. *TV with WiFi for the kids *Plenty of grassy space for the kids to run around outside *Little bench - with cushions- so you can sit outside while listening to the Lions roar.

There is a little trick to get the Hot-water geyser on - but once you do that - everything is bliss.

You feel like you are hiding away - but If you need anything (hot pizza) - town is...
