Lovely located hotel, friendly staff, but I am not too sure the person who designed the hotel, what where they trying to achieve, my friends rooms and I did not have any windows, luckily for me, I am not cluster phobic but my other friends realy battled to sleep, on the second night I accidentally took my debit card thinking it the key card (I know please don't judge) and the receptionist leaves at 22:00, It took several calls on the emergency number to get someone to help, it also took time for her to get to the hotel from where ever she was, I nearly fell asleep on the couch waiting. Just kinda weird for no one to be at reception at all times but I guess different strokes for different folks. I did enjoy my stay, not sure if I would want to go back...
Read moreWell the receptionist named Constance was very welcoming, very clean waiting area. Unfortunately the rooms have no windows. The aircon helped because I am very cluster phobic and luckily I wasn't alone. Moreover the receptionist leaves at 22h00 of which we decided to come out for drinks outside and we struggled to get in when we came back, we then called the emergency number that took forever to be answered. Fortunately they were able to help us as to how to get in. Otherwise I will come back for sure but can they kindly fix room no 7's shower because after taking a shower the whole bathroom becomes a pool of water...
Read morePlace was ok honestly, with their little tea sets that I really loved, so cute.. room was clean, so we're the sheets. until I took a shower and water was escaping from the shower to the toilet floor. The worst thing for me was that the room we were in had no bathroom door. Imagine having to take a dump as a lady with your partner right there... so every time I wanted to go do number two my partner had to leave the room and go take a walk or sit at the reception. Vice versa... the fact that they don't have windows was ok, because the aircon worked just fine. But the bathroom door situation was...
