La Vue — Hotel in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

I am beyond shocked!!! What disgusting service!!! I was communicating with Dibuseng from the time we booked the room. We kept updating her re: our ETA.Unfortunately we got delayed by a minor accident on our way to La Vue, of which when we informed Dibuseng about our delay, she was very patient and understanding and she told us that the housekeeper will assist. Shockingly to our arrival at @11pm we were rudely approached by the housekeeper who didn't even give a damn! Didn't greet, just wanted to get the checking in over and done with because apparently we disturbed her beauty sleep. She told us how unhappy she was about the fact that we checking in so late. I don't think k Dibuseng communicated to her housekeeper re: our checking in time,even if that might be the case, we did not deserve such an atrocious "welcoming no person in the customer service industry should have such terrible service,and you Could tell by her confidence in her bad attitude that she does this very often and that she gets away with it scott free!

I asked her for tissue paper, and her response was "what a wow!!" And she left, honestly I couldn't help but laugh because I just couldn't believe the disgraceful attitude and service!!l immediately informed Dibuseng about this ordeal and all she said was " I wasn't expecting her to act this way" .. tbh I couldn't even sleep because of how angry and appalled I was. Following day she comes to our room at 9.39 wanting to take out our linen. I told her no since I'm still in the room to which she responded "I don't think you understand me, I'm not taking you out the room I just want to take the linen", 1 look at the time 9:39 I tell her no, I'm still busy please come back later, she pauses and gives me an ugly "ok".

Upon leaving, I decided to tell her how unhappy I was with her service and that she was highly unprofessional and that her attitude was uncalled for to which she responded " I will be strong"

Disgusting service to say the least which ruined our overall experience!

Dibuseng, your Housekeeper will be the demise of...

I had terrible experience with this place reason being: *The lady from housekeeping gave us bad attitude, she asked us questions such as why is the windows or door open, she said we should wash our dishes, she even went on to say we are so untidy. *The lady from housekeeping does not respect privacy, she has her a spare key so she enters the apartment anytime without even knocking, she will walk around the apartment as if she is a guest as well. *The water is lukewarm if it is not cold, during our stay we had to take a cold shower. *The place is not fenced and has no gate, you are in the open. *The doors requires serious man power for them to open. *Our floors...

What a service I have received upon calling for location and to find out what they provide, but the lady had a very bad attitude and rude..

I will never recommend this place to no one, when I complain that I’m cold they gave me a blanket that was smelling either bums or feet’s , TV not working in the room etc..

Also bedding was not changed for 3 nights when I was there. Also you need to update booking .COM that you have 2 locations and show those rooms, don’t mislead people
