Mhlangeni Lodge — Hotel in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

The service we received from the Manager and staff at the B&B was outstanding. From the time we arrived, met by Ashley (Manager), we felt welcome and made to feel at home. The setup was outstanding, and everyone was more than pleasant and very accommodating to all our needs. Our rooms were well kept and views were excellent from the deck. The facilities on site were well kept and always available. Breakfasts served on time, and enjoyable for the family throughout our 10 day stay. Attention to detail for our needs were fantastic as well as my over energetic kids were always entertained around the premises. Ashley is a great asset to this B&B and his pleasant demeanor and willingness to look after his guests played a big part in making our stay great. We will definitely be back in future, and recommend this B&B to anyone travelling...

When we arrived, we got a warm welcome by Jeanne and Gianni. Jeanne gave us a tour around town with suggestions where we could go out for dinner and showed us where we had to be the next morning for diving. We had never met Jeanne and Gianni before, but they are such a nice couple, we felt like we were visiting friends.||Too bad the diving started every morning at 7.00 am. That was too early to have breakfast at the lodge, but every morning we found a nice breakfast-package to take with us. Only the last day we had breakfast in the lodge. Gianni makes perfect eggs any style you like.||The rooms are big enough, we had a balcony and a oceanview. Two afternoons we spent just relaxing next to the pool. We had a great time...

When I first entered mhlangeni lodge I was surprised that it actually looked much better than the pics on the internet. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful surroundings and a calm, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I booked my stay there months ago and decided 2 weeks before that I would use it as an opportunity to propose. Sarah the hostess went out of her way to make every detail special and assisted with all that a perfect proposal entails. She is a superb hostess. We had an amazing rest and did not feel the need to leave the lodge because it was so calm and beautiful. Breakfast was 10/10 as Sarah is a foodie.
