The Merry Crab — Hotel in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

I booked a 3 night stay from Friday to Monday and the experience was amazing. I had very high exceptions of the Merry Crab based on the reviews i had read, i had set the bar pretty high.

My Girlfriend and I arrived on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by a very friendly lady by the name of Elise, who walked us from our vehicle to the reception area and assisted us with a very quick and easy check in process.

We were then assisted with all our luggage from our boot into our room. The Merry Crab had really surpassed my expectations and i was very impressed with the great service and facilities. The room had everything we needed for a self catering unit and we were really happy with how well the place was maintained. We really felt at home the area was really peaceful and relaxing definitely a great place to break away for a mid year break.

The Merry Crab rooms are spacious and the rooms are fully equipped and the service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned daily, DSTV and WIFI available, secure parking. The kids enjoy the arcade games in the reception area. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Had a braai in the Potjie Boma, that was awesome, had the place to ourselfs. As soon as you come out of The Merry Crab, we just needed to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. We had cabin fever and had to get away! Well, when we arrived at The Merry Crab it was like everything just switched off in our brains. We loved the place. We sat on our deck listening to the waves, went down to watch a movie with snacks, even had a drink at 06:30!!! The beach was just a short walk away through a path and then wow! The staff are so accommodating. The room was just perfect and had everything we needed. Our three night stay just flew by and we can't wait to go back. Thanks to The Merry Crab for just being you.
