Mthatha - Inn — Hotel in King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality

When they say "you get what you pay for", this is what they mean. Their adverts boast "Free secure parking", but nowhere do they tell you that the so-called "free parking" comes with an unwelcome morning call at 05h55 to come and move your car. I would have happily gone elsewhere and paid a bit more to get undisturbed sleep. This kind of treatment of paying guests is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason I'm even giving a star is the friendliness of the front staff. I checked in just before midnight and the lady and gentleman at reception were really nice. And they are the ones who have to deal with the wrath of unhappy guests, when it's the management that is responsible for the false advertising. I can assure you that I will be reporting this experience to the relevant department as well as tourism industry...

This place is not safe, staff members are soo rude together with the manager..cockroaches are playing hide and sick in those rooms.. I checked in there on the 18th march 2019 at 15H00 and checked out on the 18th march 2019 at 15H01.... For like 30seconds I was out of there.. I couldn't stand the smell and the cockroaches playing around. I do not recommend this...
