Eden Palms, Luxury Self Catering Accommodation — Hotel in KwaDukuza Local Municipality

We booked this unit for our 10 year anniversary!! First of all we had no privacy and use of the pool area the first 3 days of our visit due to construction workers staring at at us the entire day. Then the noise from the restaurant that continues until 23h59 every evening caused us to not be able to go to bed at a descent time. When you could go to sleep the bright blue lights around the palm trees shine right in your face in the main bedroom. At 06h00 the busy road right next to us starts up again so you get no rest never mind peace! On the Saturday evening we waited until the restaurant closed so we could get some rest. To our horror two residents (seemed like permanent residents in the complex started partying with music blaring and them revving their vehicles in and out of the parking area). Nonetheless we could not sleep at all. At 01h30 the morning all you could smell was a strong chemical smell from whatever the were smoking outside. We could hardly breath. This party only died down at 04h00 in the morning! It was such a terrible experience we would not recommend anyone stay there ever if they don't want to waste their holiday and money. A positive is how beautiful the penthouse is!! What a pity where it is located. The security also did nothing to get the partying crowd quiet! ||The swimming pool was filthy dirty and full of green algae!! ...

Now called 2 0n Main Ballito the food was outstanding.The service was very slow but the food all freshly cooked .There was also a party which contibuted to poor service & noise . I think patrons should be informed when booking that a function with music is...

Beautiful place, secured and not noisy, there's a restaurant just below and its close to the beach and Ballito mall, only thing is the owner could be more helpful with orientating guests with everything electronic gadgets...
