Nkosazana Guest House — Hotel in KwaZulu-Natal

Nkosazana guest house Honestly i am so disappointed, 1 when we reserve a place you promised to serve breakfast. Surprisingly when we check in breakfast was excluded now we had to pay extra R120 for bread and egg. When we refused to pay this breakfast money Nkosazana charged us a kitchen money while the kitchen was included to the booking. Lastly the gates to enter the premises are not so friendliest useable. We stayed in a guesthouse in September for four nights, staff were friendly and helped us locate some restaurants around,get uber, the rooms were beautiful however the water was cold, rooms were not clean due to only 2 ladies to cater for a group of 16 people, breakfast was a disaster we were not expecting chips every day no variety and every time you have to wait too long for it, there was no privacy landlord kids...

The place is very Clean and located at a quiet area,the view is beautiful and refreshing,Breakfast was excellent, pool was clean, Hleziphi and MaNgema were very professional and kind, we had so much Fun, thanks to the owner who allowed us to check in before time.
