Heidelberg Kloof Lodge — Hotel in Lesedi Local Municipality

The lodge is a gem in Heidelberg, situated by the entrance of the Old Kloof Lodge which is nog a private residential estate, the lodge has a pool area, air-conditioned rooms, wheelchair accessibility, some rooms have kitchens, there is laundry service and airport shuttle service.

The room are clean, neat very upmarket styled and you get a view of the Kloof and beautiful pool area. It is tranquil and peaceful and a very nice place to get rest.

You get free breakfast aswell. The parking is free and safe. The lodge is situated at the entrance of the old Kloof resort and Heidelberg town is literally opposite the Heidelberg-Balfour road. Driving to town is about 5 to 8 minutes going via Heidelberg-Balfour Road then turn right into Louw you are already in Heidelberg town.

We stayed as part of the JoBerg2C race itinerary. We book their family room which was GIGANTIC! The beds were big, soft and so comfortable. The rooms had a small kitchenette area if require. The bathrooms were light and bright.||||The Lodge was warm and welcoming to us. They ensure that we had everything that we needed. As we had a very early start the next morning, they delivered breakfast to our room the night before so that we could depart early to get to the start line on time. Beautiful city, friendly people, only down side is not one of the historical museum nor train and the mall had back up power from generators. You lost out.
