Rooms and utensils kept clean. What impressed me most is the loyalty of employees. I misplaced my watch and left the room thinking I'll look for it properly when I come back, but there was no need for that because as I entered the room - the watch was placed on top of the side cabinet between the the beds - that's what I call loyalty.
