From the moment I arrived at Masili Boutique Hotel, I was captivated by its charm, elegance, and warm hospitality. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, the hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with timeless style. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed – from the cozy yet luxurious rooms to the tranquil garden spaces that invite you to slow down and breathe.

The staff(include Michelle, khuthi, and others(not forgetting receptionist who served us on saturday (evening) and Sunday (in the morning) and Mmane who prepared our rooms on Sunday) went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel more like a valued guest than just a visitor. The ambiance throughout the hotel exudes peace and relaxation, making it the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life.

It was excellent 👌 from the first day the service especially from Michelle was the best, you've hired the best employee so humble and kind. We didn't struggle with anything, we would ask her what we need many times but she kept on assisting us with a smile☺️ The rooms are amazingly beautiful 😍 microwaves will be very helpful.
