Itumeleng Guest House B&B — Hotel in Matlosana Local Municipality

Worst accommodation by far. Had a lot of issues with this place 10 years ago. And the place was even worse this past weekend. ||The place had endless plumbing problems, the shower mixers are old and don’t work. The water pressure is so low, almost nonexistent. ||Cracked tiles, uneven floor and unmarked steps are a serious health hazard. The sheets are old, thin, worn out and Can’t cover the bed.|| Not to mention the lack of professionalism in the entrusted stuff. They wouldn’t provide adequate towels, only one towel per couple, they told us that we should bring our own iron as they are not allowed to offer us an iron. They we not accessible most of the time and gave attitude when we could finally get hold of them. The reception was always unattended. ||Found condoms in dodgy places of the room. We booked 9 rooms and the one room had a 3/4 bed for the same price. My sister came back to change closes and found stuff and some guy in her room. Locked. I raised an issue about water pressure and received a lesson on how to wash different parts of my body. I rate this place a 1 out of 10.
