Disappointing and Not Worth the Stay

We stayed at this hotel with our baby and were placed on the same floor as a large, noisy group, despite not being part of it. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear conversations, footsteps, and doors slamming. Even the taps in the room were excessively loud, making it difficult to rest.

There is no phone in the room, so you must go to reception for assistance, where the staff were consistently unhelpful and at times rude. Security was either unwilling or unable to manage the disturbances. Additionally, the sliding door in our room did not lock properly, raising serious concerns about safety.

On the premises, we also encountered other guests who shared similar frustrations with their treatment, which further emphasized the lack of professionalism and customer care.

Although the food at the hotel’s restaurant was surprisingly delicious, the dining area was often empty and lacked a welcoming atmosphere, mirroring the overall lack of hospitality.

This hotel did not offer the comfort, security, or service we expected, and we would not recommend it to families or anyone seeking a peaceful, well-run...

Rooms were okay, the service was just poor the place doesn't accommodate people with disabilities more especially those who are wheelchair bound and we had to fight to get assistance which we ended up not getting and had to change hotels. They are unable to serve a large group of people and they must improve on that one because we stood for close to an hour on the Que waiting for food and they were just so slow even on preparing the food because some people couldn't get enough food as they were taking too much time preparing or bringing it to the dining hall. Their staff must learn to communicate with people and show a friendly face and not frown at guests, when we are not happy with their service we are bound to be angry and demand better service, theirs is to make sure that they deliver on that one and not be angry because they are being called out for their...

We recently held an event here, on arrival there were a few hiccups due to a miscommunication between management regarding the setup day/time arrangements that were discussed at our previous consultation, but the issue was efficiently and swiftly resolved and we could continue with the function set up. The event turned out great and all the guests had an amazing time. The restaurant area where we held the event is a perfect space for an intimate event and the staff were very accomodating.The only negative would be as per some of the guest's comments were that the dinner plates seemed unusually smaller than your standard dinner plates? And also a bit strange to have a shared male and female bathroom facility? Overall a good experience and I would host another event here.
