KRUGER’S GUEST HOUSE — Hotel in Mbombela

Extremely disappointed with the service (or complete lack thereof) received from Kruger's Guest House. The availability was actually not available at the time of enquiry, pricing was also incorrect. Once I made payment, Antonette, the owner, called me and was extremely rude. While I understand that errors happen, she didn't offer alternative options to assist me. Only once I asked her for alternatives did she give me 1x other number. She was also not phased that I was going to complain, this tells me how arrogant you are and your inability to want to assist or reassure your visitors....

I had to sleep over for one evening on 4 July. Phoned and the lady confirmed and all good. Got to my room and found no hot water. The staff member did come out and checked a lot of things and after 20 minutes confirmed that I should have warm water for my morning shower. Surprise, no hot water the next morning. The staff member tried to assist again to no avail. I had a cold shower. Sent a mail to the owners on 6 July to notify them. Today is 13 July and no reply from the owners.

It's amazing how owners are...

After a long trip from Limpopo we were welcomed to load sharing and no water. Disappointed that no provision has been made for a generator or solar panels for at least some comfort like a shower and a cup of tea. The accommodation was clean and comfortable but definitely needs TLC. Specially the blinds, the front door and some cuttelery was missing. The assistant Thuli was friendly and apologetic about everything. Overall it was exeptable....
