😠 very disappointed. When we came in late last night we found out that we had 2 sleep on 2 single beds and that out car sleep out in the street. There was security beams but not turned on. We said we will stay for the night but will move out the next morning. This morning the house keeper said we could move out BUT the owner said that she will not refund us on the balance of the other nights we would have stayed. On Lavender guest house Hospitality Promise the promise to make it right or you won't pay for that part of your stay. Now we stay in the house and when we book said the room will be separate. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. Our car still sleep in the street. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. ( the house keeper later said she will move her private car out of her garage our LDV will not fit into it) Nothing was made right and still no money...
