Pozi Guest House — Hotel in Metsimaholo Local Municipality

I booked in at night, and upon entering, I perceived a foul smell but thought it was because the room was closed for a long time. I was the only guest for the night.

However, I couldn't sleep a wink because the bedding was torn, dirty, stale, and smelly! I was cold with no extra blanket. The smell was so terrible that I had to open the door because there was no window.

I thought it wise to inform the owners. Even though one of them came, she just indicated that she was sorry. Later, the other partner sent a message, but instead of taking responsibility, he also blamed their bad service on a cleaning lady. It's sad, and I will never overnight there ever again 😪. The owner stood in front of me and acknowledged that it wasn't the first time they received complaints about their facility...

Terrible experience. When we arrived at 16:00, an hour after the check in time, the lady asked us to come back in 30 minutes. The room wasn't ready for us, as a couple was still inside the room, curtains closed, and doing who knows what. We had to find other accommodation after we already paid our FULL amount here!!
