Mokopane Hotel — Hotel in Mogalakwena Local Municipality

The rooftop area is recently extended so it has ample space especially for night time partying, there's also a Cosy jazz lounge downstairs. Unfortunately the service is really poor, the area is clean and toilets are also very clean but dont fush properly, I don't know if it's the lack of pressure or what.

Regarding the service, I give it a zero. We ordered food and they gave us dirty cutlery, after waiting for 45 minutes for our orders to arrive, they got some of the orders wrong but they were able to correct it. We asked for new cutlery but the wait or disappeared for so long we started eating with our bare hands, upon eating we discovered that the meat was raw and we complained to the waitor but he said it wasn't his fault that the food is not cooked, unfortunately I can't name him because he didn't have a name tag. My second stay at Mokopane Hotel. My first was a disaster with late night noise and a room without a study table. I booked this time same day and got me a decent large room with a study table. I had a super shower with extra hot water. I can't complain there. May a lower thermo to save energy? Their pillows are rock solid and with extra height!
