Oh So You Guest House — Hotel in Moqhaka Local Municipality

We were friendly welcomed and the room was very neat, altough we made our booking almost a month in advance, and we specifically asked for a certain room. When we arrived at the guesthouse we were taken to another room, the excuse for not getting the room we booked was becuase one of the workers of the guesthouse was unaware that the specific room was actually booked for us and the room was then given to someone else. I feel the mistake should have feen rectified by the owner of the guesthouse the moment she was made aware of it, and not just accept that we can be put in another room without even asking us if it would d be okay. The lodge is perfectly situation, amenities within range and the suburb is safe for one to take a walk/run. We were given a warm welcome by the owner and the rooms were homely and comfortable. I would definately recommend this place as it gives that home away from home feel. ||||The one thing that I was not satisfied with was the breakfast that we were served. Drove through Kroonstad on Saturday the 09th April 2022, a very cold weekend. The service; we experienced warmth from the management to the rooms and the staff. The rooms are clean and warm, they have wall heaters and electric blankets. The owner welcomed us with so much warmth and went of out of her way to to assist us even when we encountered a problem on our journey.
