Misleading and False Advertising - The website explicitly states |bathrooms are private, which they are not, they are shared with other guests. On check in we were also told by the hostess that the bathrooms are for our private use, they were not. |Bathroom mats were also filthy and we had to ask for toilet paper.||Access in and out – We were not given a key or gate remote and on the Sunday morning were locked inside until somebody, the host, woke up and could unlock the door for us. This, besides being inconvenient is Unsafe in an emergency…. Unacceptable to be locked inside.||On our first evening when arriving back we were greeted by a group of about 10 people drinking and having a party. This was in the main area kitchen/lounge right in front of our rooms. This group comprised of the Hostess as well as other guests.|On the second night we again arrived back to be greeted by an |even larger, louder and wilder party. The host again was intoxicated. |We got hardly any sleep on both nights.|We DID NOT feel safe, and these people were all using our ‘Private’ bathrooms.||The kitchen, that we had to use to at least make a cup of coffee in the morning, was filthy with dirty dishes, pots, glasses, left over food and such.||The TV’s did not work, although this was not serious. On both evenings we had to ask for glasses. No Kettle.||On the second night the “owner “ was summoned to the guesthouse and she herself was full of apologies and agreed that a refund would be made and promised that she would be at the guesthouse by 06:00 the next morning to take further details. There was no sign of her the next morning.||They have refused us even a partial...
