I haven't even stayed here, but today I was in a bind. Business meeting, and the booking at the initial B&B was handled extremely rudely and unprofessional. I could not even get INTO the premises. I was held up at the gate. Phoning twice and waiting for an answer.

The lady when answering were non responsive and very cold. Apparently she "heard wrong" after the office did all they could to place the booking earlier the week. (I'm not mentioning the name because I hope they can bump up their effort & service)

I had a business meeting and I was under pressure. Gail went out of her way to help me.

Gail if our technical team or myself was ever in town we will look...
