Hippo Lodge - St Lucia — Hotel in Mtubatuba Local Municipality

I stayed here for work. As a supreme leader, I know a thing or two about good accommodation. This place is very nice. The rooms are decent and spacious. They do not feel cramped. They are equipped with a TV, Open View, a kettle, stove, WIFI, bar fridge, microwave, aircon and cutlery as well as cooking utensils. The rooms have a little veranda which although it does look directly onto the parking lot so privacy is controlled by your curtain and your light. I enjoyed my stay and slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the aircon works well (limited to 21 deg C due to freezing up from local humidity). No electrical or water issues experienced during my stay. We walked to the shops most days and there are lots of places in the vicinity to talk to. I think from a centrality point of view, it's probably the most convenient for shopping and eating. Myself and my family booked in 2 years in a row (room 4) for the christmas Holiday and I must say, this is the most enjoyable place to stay in St Lucia. We usally stay here for 2 weeks and the friendly staff is always ready to assist with any enquiries you may have. If I could give them a 10/10 I really would have. So what are you waiting for? Make that booking and have a relaxing time at this great St Lucia Lodge.

We only stayed one night,, passing through St Lucia, but the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was neat and clean Ideal base for a short stay. The best shower Ive had in years. Negaitives: This place is attractive to young roudy milenials who talk loudy and drink far too much making them louder. The drinking starts at 9am and I am sure by 5pm , well you get where I'm going.
