My fiancé and I stayed at Kleinplasie Guesthouse this past weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant one. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I had certain expectations of warmth, welcome, and professionalism, but sadly, this was not what we received.||From arrival to departure, there was no sense of hospitality extended towards us. We felt invisible as guests, while white visitors appeared to be warmly acknowledged and recognized. This lack of acknowledgment made us feel excluded and uncomfortable, and left us questioning whether race played a role in the way we were treated.||As someone who values good service and knows the standards of hospitality, I found this disappointing. Not a huge problem but good to be aware of .||I would highly recommend Kleinplasie - it was a pleasure to stay there and I would definitely stay...

Although Kleinplasie advertises a swimming pool, I was shocked to find out that it is in fact a private swimming pool. After being told that the swimming pool was private the owner then told me that we can use the pool, no thanks! Breakfast is also advertised and in fact there is a big B&B sign outside the entrance but there is also no breakfast. On a positive note the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything...
