Loerie Escape - Marloth Park — Hotel in Nkomazi

We arrived with giraffe, kudu, warthog and Frank welcoming us 🦒🦒🦒 We absolutely loved this place!! Loerie Escape is amazing and exceeded our expectations. We relaxed completely, enjoying the wild animals, birds, swimming pool🥵 and braai, and were very grateful for the aircon. This holiday home really is a home away from home.

We could even hear lions calls on the 1st night! 🦁 Wow, not something one hears everyday! Really amazing😮🤩🙌🏻👏🏻🙏

Marloth Park has two little shopping centre's with supplies, butcheries, restaurants and home-industry.

We enjoyed the morning sunrise drives to the fence along the Crocodile River, once from the Bird Hide and the other from the River View Hide. We took a sunset drive there too and spotted hippo, crocodiles and elephants.

Feeding the wild animals upclose from the back porch, and from the pool area was amazing. The beds were comfy and the layout and the warm family ambience and rustic yet mod decor of the place made us feel right at home.

Frank is a gem and took care of providing the feed for the wild animals daily, as well as cleaning the braai and sweeping the outside areas.

Thanks to Janda for her prompt, friendly and professional communication from start to finish. A truly memorable holiday and highly recommended! We'd love to return...

From the moment we checked in till the moment we had to sadly check out was an unforgettable experience. This place in my opinion deserve more stars than only 5star. The facility manager Frank makes sure this place is clean, neat and tidy every morning. The owner Janda was helpful all the time by making sure we have the right address, the correct check in times and the do's and don'ts of Marloth Park and the facilities in and around Loerie Escape. This place cannot get a bad review, as this was one of the best places we stayed at. Being welcomed by Zebras, Kudud, Bushbuck and Warthog were special and immediately set the tone for the time we stayed there. Even though it rained every night, as an Afrikaans "Boertjie" we sure had a braai no matter the weather. We will have many more visits to Loerie Escape. Thank you Janda for sharing your immaculate facility to the public. You can be proud of what you have to offer to each guest.

The photos of Loerie Escape are stunning and I was expecting what I saw in the photos. I got more than I could have hoped for! Every day was a new experience. If you heard a rustle of leaves or hoof steps, you didn't know who was coming to visit! When you looked out of the kitchen window, you never knew what was going to be there! Frank is an absolute gem and will assist where needed. Janda has thought of everything when making this a holiday to remember. My Mom and I went, and the only time we went upstairs was to have a look. We only realized when we got home that upstairs had the most spectacular views, and we missed out.
