I arrived at the hotel at about 4:15 for Check-In and there were two other guests also waiting to check in. The concierge could not determine what rooms they were supposed to be staying in. He had to make a phone call to a manager that he could not get a hold of and ended up giving 2 rooms that had not been cleaned to the guests before me. ||||Before I could be helped, another guest who had checked in about half an hour before me, came down from his room and had complained that the room was not cleaned. The concierge leaves me at the reception (after having waited 15 minutes for the two guests before me) and goes to check on his room. He comes back down and lets the guest whose room had not been cleaned that the room will be cleaned within the next 15 minutes.||||I'm then helped by the concierge and he asks me to fill out a form on a paper that was not clear because the printer was not working.||||I'm then checked in but no room key is provided, I was told that the room has the key in the door and that if I'd like to lock the door, I should lock it from the inside. ||||I arrive in my room and it has also not been cleaned, there is no linen on any of the beds and the bathroom contains a dozen empty beer bottles. A few minutes of being in the room and the cleaners arrived to make-up the room but this was too much for me.||||Don't stay here, unless you're completely desperate. I ended up leaving and finding...
Read moreThis is probably the worst place I have stayed in over the 35 years I have travelled. Unable to book online. Phoned for a booking as I always like to try new places seems like tried to make booking with cleaning staff.
Arrived to check in at 6pm room not ready. Told all would be sorted at my return after dinner. Not to my surprise still not ready at 8pm. Had to follow with my bags from room to room to find a suitable clean room.
Breakfast not bad. On my return at 6pm my room had not been cleaned. Was told they could not clean as this (Hotel) 😂 can only afford one key per room and I took it with me.
Was told they will clean it in the morning. Should hope so as I was checking out. I said this is not acceptable and said it will be clean when I get back from dinner. Again not to my surprise middle finger to the paying guest it was not cleaned.
Needless to say they will never see me again. I will make sure our whole group do not come near this place. They try to call this a hotel. I will spread this all over social media just to help fellow travelers. You have...

The bathroom ceiling in my room was leaking water. On my arrival,one of the pillowcases in my room was dirty but that was rectified immediately.
