Pelican Christian Lodge — Hotel in Pelikan Park

We had a horrible experience when we had a workshop on 02 Sept 2017. Nothing was in place, no tables or chairs were arranged where we going to have workshop. The arrangement was to have breakfast at 08h30, we arrived exactly at that time. There was nothing in place, no hot water for coffee or tea no breakfast. When it was finally served it was cold and we had to wait for .more than 30 minutes for coffee or tea to be served. This happened when I intervened and arrange kettles for boiling water. The least I said about the neatness and tidiness of the place and the staff the better. Based on this experience we have even asked for a 50% refund.
