KFC Pelican Park — Restaurant in Pelikan Park

What a awful experience I had at kfc yesterday 28 February 2022 1.30pm not only did I wait more then 40 minutes for my food that I ordered online but my 6 year old daughter was badly hurt The door as you go to the toilet bang close on her finger she was screaming blood every where and not one person or should i say manager or worker at kfc came to offer me help or ask if my 6year old daughter was ok as my husband was gathering our order He had to run for a piece of toilet paper jus so we could try to stop the blood and still no one came to help i took my daughter outside as she was panicking and sweating so I could talk her done and calm her i then screamed for someone to bring me something so I could stop the blood and no1 came out lucky my husband shocked at the time came with a piece of toilet paper that didn't evn help the blood stop my daughter finger was bleeding and all I could think of was she could loose her finger and my heart was broken im still in shock I then rush her to the One health where Doctor Zitters put in 5 stitches for my little one I has sent Kfc emails still no response I have even sent them a online rating and a review still nothing KFC should make a plan woth that door as you go to the toilet as it is a big hazard the weight of that door and the speed it closes is not right i mean my daughter could have lost her finger im deeply and utterly disappointed and disgusted at the...

This is the worst KCF in the Western Cape. I went there at 7:30am you have to knock on the windows of the drive through and no one answers then i drive to the last window and the woman opens the window telling me 'the card machine is not working.' I said its fine i'll pay cash. So i ask her for a crunch burger. Then im told theres no patties for the crunch burger. I mean really, they are open for 1 hour and theres no patties. It just looked like they were in no mood to serve anyone. The mop bucket and mop was in plain sight from the window. What type of KFC is this. Please close down and give someone else a chance to give off better service. It was not the first time the service was so bad many a times i go there and they dont have chicken. A KFC without chicken its a joke. Really bad guys the Ottery branch is much better. Maybe the staff from Ottery should come out and train the guys at the pelican...

Total worse service yet again have had problems with this branch for ages today dated 16 Feb 2022 at 13:20 I arrived at KFC placing my order I was told to park due to the food or better sprinkle pops 2 of them and krushers were not ready they said 2 mins, to my amazement I was told to park in the heat with my kids in the vehicle waiting near 20mins just for me to return to the drive thru to say where's my order, another 8-10mins elapsed for me to get my krushers in total I spent my entire work day lunchtime until 13:37 getting food and then when I asked for my receipt they continued to speak in a language unknown to me and with utter disgust.
