Precious Estates Pearls — Hotel in Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality

The good: Tlhogi was very attentive, he just didn't have the answers I was looking for. Location is good for travelling into Bots and close enough to CBD, but not too loud. Very clean-looking rooms.

The not so great: Our first challenge was the "false advertising" regarding the swimming pool mentioned on the booking.com site, when we got to the address and asked were told that the pool relates to a different location, when we asked if we could be referred to THAT location, was told, that side is under construction, so, ok that didn't happen 🤣 and this was one of the main drivers to booking this spot in December A few things in the room were also unsatisfactory, bathroom door was dislocated from bottom hinge, so would drag on the floor when opening or closing, wardrobe handle was loose, blinds were looking a bit raggedy, no blinds in bathroom, sunrises were brutal, have to keep bathroom door closed.

It's a self-catering unit, we got 0 cutlery, when we asked for that, I was first asked how many I need, the room is booked for TWO people, so I think that question was slightly null, ended up with 1 teaspoon, 1 butter knife and a fork 😞😩. Could do with additional seating area outside.

I mentioned most of these issues to Tlhogi so hopefully they'll get...

My main complaint is the excessive noise made in the middle of the night on the premises on Thursday,not only is the noise from the premises you can also hear noises from cars driving by on the town shopping centre roads,rooms are close to each other,you can hear your neighbour pee,bed in my room was hard and placed next to the wall with other parts of the blankets squshed between the wall and the bed making them hard to be pulled,the headboard was not facing the TV. The service was bad there was no breakfast and not even a single drink or water bottle in the fridge.i give them two star because they offered me a room to sleep during the night...

I just checked in like 2 minutes ago and I already know that it will be extremely difficult to check out. Their king size room is fit for a king and is fully equipped with everything a travel needs. I'm actually going to Mmabatho but I'm so glad I decided to book in Zeerust instead. They have the biggest TV...
