Mary's View B&B — Hotel in Rustenburg Local Municipality

The place is very nice, the location is nice as well however the service was not good at all. The owners were not around, there was a Zimbabwean helper who could not speak English well nor understand it well. Whenever I asked her for things her response will be I don't know call the owner. The helper knocked off at 1pm hence we were left all alone without assistance. We wanted to use the pool but the dogs were loose hence we were deprived of that service. The electric gate was not working, then it was used manually but there was no padlock to lock the gate therefore there was no security. TheTV in the other room was not working. This bored my kids as they wanted to swim and with the TV not working... However the WiFi was sweet and the outdoor...

Ssunset ridge is really a well kept place with a great view ,however there were just a few small things ,like there were no teaspoons ,the dustbin didnt have a bag in it ,the lights in thw kitchen and bathroom didnt work but they sorted out everythng very quickly . i would highly recomend sunset ridge...

Overall the place is splendid. Staff are there during specific times Noone is at premises 24 hours in case of emergency Owner takes calls at her convenience and not when clients need Owner complains allot about every little thing and accuses of things...
