Orion Safari Lodge — Hotel in Rustenburg Local Municipality

Staff is very helpful & friendly. The resort is just dull, it's not maintained. The rooms are not what u wud expect from the internet. No drinking water in the rooms, no fridge, u buy ice at an extra cost. No spoons on their tea/coffee facilities. The towels felt so hard they could scrub u. The aircon is uncontrollable it is set on high and u cannot adjust it, The TV was not working, No enough bath towels, wifi is a problem u can never connect. They don't have telephone lines in the rooms they have a pamphlet that suggest that u can Wattsapp them for reception but last seen is Dec 2020 and when u call its on voicemail. Surroundings are filthy and not cleaned. The dining room floor is filthy. I regret coming here, it's just a waste of money even a guest house would have given me...

This is by far one of the worst places my husband and I have ever stayed in, it is absolutely disgusting how they even have the nerve to charge you so much money for such. The rooms are dirty, the beds are the most uncomfortable things you will ever sleep on everything is old, the shower has mould on top and the drain is blocked not forgetting how dirty the shower floor is I had to put a plastic bag down so my feet wouldn't touch it. The food was disgusting and a can of coke 330ml is R 22.00. This place ruined such an amazing day for my husband and I and honestly I'm not sure why people pay to stay in such rubbish.... don't let the outside appearance fool you and definitely don't let some of these reviews fool you this place is not worth a...

Positive: The staff was the best i loved the 2 ladies id rate them 5/5 but negative the room i got was the worst made me so uncomfortable took a very short shower n the water leaked all the way to the room the room was stuffy an took me 15 min to access my room left for a meeting an couldnt lock the door had to cancel in the morning didnt even want to take a walk around just had that shower again had to attend a wedding no iron till time was up had breakfast an left honestly please look into maintaining the rooms and buying extra irons i looked forward to my stay but i was really...
