Masada Guest House B&B — Hotel in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

We were struggling to find a venue with separate rooms and that would allow us to braai after a day's conference. I stumbled upon Masada online..... I gave them a call and from the 1st call they were the most willing, accomodating and down to earth. They quoted me quickly and followed up with me with every step. They are by no means fancy pants but so down to earth and lovely, was a real home away from home. Their willingness to help with every single thing, attention to detail and the general feedback from our team was phenomenal. Rooms have everything you need. Beautiful ducks, tortoise, cats, chickens etc on the property too. So lovely, would really recommend Masada if you are looking for total R and R and some genuine West Coast hospitality. Very nice guesthouse with a great location in Newlands. Its opposite the Newlands swimming pool near the shops and restaurants. Near the rugby and the crieket and close by the Sport Science Centre. The manger/host are very friendly and the service good. You did get a hearty welcome at arrival. The place are well maintained. The rooms are very nice and spacious with a fridge.The rooms on the second floor do have a balcony with a lovely view on the mountain what a pleasure to wake up with that in the morning. I can't score this place! I literally cannot! 5 stars are too few! Where do I even begin? The ambience and the welcome one receives makes you feel so at home that you actually forget this is a guest house. I am vegan and I know that my choice is often a source of friction, but not here! In fact the staff and the chef have gone out of their way to accommodate my lifestyle! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.
