Disgusting welcome by the owner of the Guesthouse Anelin, I buzzed more than 3 times to no answer at the gate, and phoned both landlines and cellphone to no answer. They finally opened after exactly 10 minutes of waiting at the gate. Got to the reception found a group of cleaning ladies changing for 3pm knock off at the reception, no one bothered to attend to us for a good 5 minutes. They changed and left without saying word, the owner eventually came and when I expressed how we have been ignored she started shouting at me telling me to leave if I didn't want to stay there. She started saying things about black people clearly I deserved to be||treated like trash because am black. If you want your peace never dare go there, Anelin is disgusting and unprofessional. I telephonically booked a night here, the manageress was excellent, she gave me 2 rooms for the price of one, she offered breakfast to 7 of us at the price of 5. After a 7 and half hour tiring journey from PE, you would want a warm welcome... that's exactly what we received...clean rooms, crisp linen, excellent service, secure parking.... In the morning, the helpers were most courteous, friendly and warm and did not rush us to check out at 10am... Thank you La Casa Mia Kimmberley, i would recommend...
