A truely wonderful accommodation facility, with everything a single person or couple could need for one night or 3 months stay. Denise and Carlton are the perfect hosts, there if you need them, but not if you don't. The accommodation is fantastic an entire apartment, with all of the comfort facilities and equipment anyone could ever need to be independent and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and tidy, modern and comfortable, friendly, flexible and efficient service assistance. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, secure off road parking, air conditioning, spacious lounge area and garden terrace with views of the mountains and garden. A true home from home. Local ammeineties: Shopping malls (at least 3) and local Town within 10 mins drive. The Strand Beach one of the best in Western Cape 15 mins drive. Stellenbosch wine route 20 mins drive. Sir Lowry's Pass and Mountains drive 20 mins. At least 3 fantastic Golf Courses within 20 mins. South Coast road with fantastic views over False Bay all the way from Table Mountain to Cape Point within 20 mins. All the hiking, gardens, mountains, craft markets, speciality local produce markets you could wish for.

My wife and I have been fortunate to travel all over Southern Africa, Europe, Caribbean Islands, and Middle East, in some of the finest hotels, cruise liners and accommodation facilities there are. This experience of over 6 weeks has been one of the highlights, and we believe we have made friends here we will always treasure.

All in all , the place was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay , mostly because of the two beautiful doggies that kept me company! I was not impressed with the location and safety, unfortunately, as I experienced two mugging attempts while taking a walk down the road... another issue was the fact that they don't provide or offer any cleaning services or change of sheets and towels, toilet paper, etc. I stayed over a week and was very busy with work the whole time, so I didnt have much time to spend cleaning during my stay, I would have preferred not to worry about that factor. However, they seem like really nice people, but I do believe that they should provide cleaning services.... no one wants to be...

My wife and I were welcomed and shown to our own private secure off-street parking, under a copious car shade. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. TV with full dstv service. WiFi and aircon, even an induction cooker and air fryer. Sliding door opening out onto a private deck with teak slatted table and chairs. Situated in a quiet street, very tranquil.
