Magnificent accommodation in a magnificent part of the world. From the moment we stepped through the front gate we were made to feel like family. Ezna and Bridgit anticipated and facilitated our every need. They could not do enough to make our stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience. From suggestions to visiting wineries and restaurants, making reservations plus transport options. Accommodation was a two level villa, spotlessly clean and maintained overlooking the grapevines and mountains. Luxurious 4 poster bed, large comfortable couches, all amenities plus two TVs||Large well maintained pool and surroundings to relax around. We always felt welcome and safe. A delicious fresh and cooked breakfast was served daily on the terrace. We were even given a packed breakfast for our early morning departure The perfect stay close to the beautiful village of Franschhoek. If there was a word better than excellent to describe the service and venue, I would use it. From the very first contact, Ezna was excellent. Kind, friendly, and efficient are only some of her attributes. No request was ever a problem for her. Trevor even welcomed us after coming late from the airport the first night.

The rooms are spacious, and the beds are super comfy. The view and the sound of the creek are soothing and a pleasure to enjoy. This lodge places you in the middle of the Franschhoek's wine region, making the location great. Franschhoek is not far, and the lodge is outside of the hustle and bustle of the little town. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was extremely efficient. A great variety of dishes are on offer, and always a little something special even if it had to be ordered in. The lodge is located in the middle of the wine region and offers a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. You have a great view of the vineyards and the beautiful landscape. The lodge offers a very cozy lounge where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. In the morning breakfast is served in the open dining room and on the terrace. The lodge offers an Honesty Bar, where you can even prepare your own long drinks on a trust basis. This is located right by the beautiful and very stylish pool. The friendliness and service were excellent. We were assisted and very well advised in reserving a wine tasting and a table for dinner.
